1. Controller

PlayWithPro (operator name pending), Operator address pending, Germany, is the controller of the personal data processed on PlayWithPro. Contact: support@play-with.pro.

2. What we process

• Account — email, name, role, language, timezone, password hash or Google account link.
• Profiles — the player card (level, style, experience) and the coach profile (bio, languages, services, venue, avatar).
• Videos and annotations — the clips you upload, their transcoded versions, and the coach's annotations made during sessions.
• Sessions — bookings, times, who joined the video room and when, confirmations, cancellations and reschedules.
• Payments — amounts, currency, status, provider references and refunds; no card numbers reach our servers.
• Disputes and reviews — the texts you write and the outcome.
• Verification calls — the booking of a coach's verification call and its outcome.
• Legal acceptances — which version of which document you accepted, when and in which language.

3. Why and on which basis

To run the marketplace (contract), to comply with tax and record-keeping duties (legal obligation), to keep the platform safe and to resolve disputes (legitimate interest), and, with your consent, to measure how the product is used.

4. Who processes it for us

Hosting in Germany; object storage for videos; email delivery; Google (sign-in with Google, verification calls via Google Meet); self-hosted video rooms; PostHog Cloud EU for product analytics with your consent. [Placeholder: full processor list with locations.]

5. Cookies and tracking

With your consent we record the pages you open, the steps of a booking, errors on the page and a replay of some sessions in PostHog Cloud (EU). Everything you type is masked in replays; links containing codes or tokens are stripped before anything leaves your browser. Bookings, payments and disputes are counted on our servers regardless of your choice, because they mirror records we keep to run the service. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer.

6. Retention

Account data for as long as the account exists; payment and dispute records for the statutory retention period; clips not attached to any session are deleted after 90 days; session attendance and legal acceptances for as long as needed as evidence. [Placeholder: exact periods.]
