Coach Agreement

1. Scope
This agreement applies to professionals offering sessions on PlayWithPro, in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Verification
You submit your profile for verification and attend a short video call with our team. We may approve, reject or later revoke verification. Verification is a check of identity and credentials, not an endorsement.
3. Fee and payouts
The platform fee is 10% of the session price, withheld when a payment is released. A session is released after the player's confirmation, or automatically 48 hours after its end when nothing was reported. Payout timing to your account: [Placeholder: real payment provider terms.]
4. Cancellations, no-shows and reliability
You may cancel a session before its start; the player is always refunded in full and a cancellation less than 24 hours before the start is recorded as late. If our records show you never joined an online session, the payment is held and refunded to the player unless you respond within 48 hours. If the player never joins, you are paid.
5. Conduct in sessions
Be on time, prepared and respectful. Do not record sessions or players without consent. Do not contact players outside the platform to bypass it.
6. Player footage
Clips a player attaches to a session are shown to you for that session only. You may not download, share or reuse them outside the session. Your annotations are your work product for the player; the player may keep and export them.
7. Your profile and reviews
You license us to display your profile, avatar, services and the reviews players leave about you. Keep your profile truthful and up to date.
8. Taxes and invoicing

9. Suspension
We may suspend your account for breaches of this agreement or the terms, with a statement of reasons. Paid sessions are settled per the policy.
10. Changes
A material change requires your acceptance before you can publish availability or submit for verification again; a minor change is announced.
